We specialise I’m nervous/anxious dogs to ensure they feel Comfortable throughout there stay with us.
We don’t have crates within the salon and we are holy to work to any time span if your pooch needs extra time.
We also feel as though it’s important to help raise money for a number of charities and at seasonal times we do raffles/hampers to donate.
Hello,
My name is Jenny,
Below is a little about myself and my salon which I co own with my Mum (kate). The salon is based on my family run farm Ovington within Norfolk.
I have always had a huge passion for animals which has allowed me to grow up with various dogs which only fuelled my passion more.
In 2016 I qualified as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant.
I have been working part time at a local vets where I have done more qualifications and CPD.
In 2017 I starting my journey to become
a dog groomer.
I studied both my level 2 and level 3 city and guilds diploma in dog grooming.
I also look to do my ICMG (International certified Master Groomer) within the next few years.
To gain more knowledge I am always doing courses/CPD which I can use within my salon.
In August 2019 I opened up my own salon along side my Mum (Kate) which is called Cryps Clips, where I am proud to say we use cruelty free products, we don’t have any crates within the salon, so your dog can feel more at ease. We also offer one to one grooming if needed.
Kate is a City & Guilds qualified level 2 assistant who is always around to help if a dog becomes worried or anxious or just wants a lot of fuss).
We like to specialise in dogs that have had a bad experience or are anxious at the groomers as I feel as though it is important to help make them feel relaxed within the salon.

We take Ted our large 47kg Kuvasz Cross rescue dog to Jenny and Kate for his bath and trim. He absolutely adores them both and he especially likes the sausage treat he gets to encourage him into the bath! Always been happy with the service and the fact that the welfare of Ted is their priority. Highly recommend for dogs of all breeds and temperament.
