The Farmhouse, East Ruston, Norfolk

The Farmhouse is located in the village of East Ruston, Norfolk NR12 0RU. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite and the other two share a family bathroom. The property has three upstairs toilets and one downstairs. There is also a games room with a pool table and darts and another games room for table tennis and additional games currently being built for Autumn 2023. A library is a quiet place and has lots of books. The main lounge is very spacious with a large TV [there is a full-fibre internet connection] with room for dog cages [which can be supplied free of charge]. The dining room has a large table that seats eight and a smaller TV. The back conservatory serves as a 'doggie lounge' and store the dog agility equipment. The large kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dish-washer, tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and large cooker. Outside there is a large secure garden will a 6ft close-boarded fence and wall. A patio has outdoor seating and a charcoal bar-b-q. The Dog Hoops are stored hear as well. There is also our famous enclosed dog shower! There is off road secure car parking in front of the house for up to 6 cars. A booklet details all the dog walks from the house. These are usually quiet and you are unlikely to encounter other walkers. The beach at Happisburgh is within walking distance or a short car ride as are the local dog-friendly cafe and pub/eateries. Some of the major Supermarkets will deliver groceries. Our guests consistently give us 5 star reviews and many visit us repeatedly - some up to 3 times a year.
