Read MoreOur cottages are pretty, traditionally built and set within the grounds of Church Farm. Finished to an extremely high standard and well equipped, Oak Tree Cottages is situated on the outskirts of the village. Our cottages are in an ideal location to explore the wonderful beaches of Happisburgh, Waxham, Sea Palling and Horsey where you can see the seals, whilst having the Broads National Park virtually on the doorstep.
Church Fields Cottage layout:
On one level: Open Plan Sitting/Kitchen/Dining Room with comfortable seating and French doors to the patio. Smart TV, DAB radio, DVD player and WiFi. Dining table and chairs. Kitchen Area with built-in electric oven, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, French doors to the patio and En-Suite Shower Room, shower cubicle, washbasin and wc

Bedroom 3 with bunk beds
Bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, washbasin and wc
Garden: Fully enclosed patio, table and chairs with an enclosed communal play area.
Parking: Ample parking.
Heating: Underfloor heating gas central heating and solar power.
Also Provided: Towels and Beach Towels. Books and games. Cot, highchair or crates are available upon request.

Excellent place to stay - so dog friendly. The cottage was beautiful and so well equipped. There is a field and a little paddock all very secure for your dog to have a run and sniff around. Lexie my Westie was in her element going out of the patio doors from the bedroom and kitchen to the patio and loved the toys in the doggy package left for her. The cottage was so clean and didn't smell of dog.
It is in a lovely position - only ten minutes drive to Happisburgh beach and Walcott beach and so quiet and peaceful.
I enjoyed my stay so much I just didnt want to come home.
It is a 5 star rating - I just cannot fault anything and throughly recommend it as a place to stay with your dog/dogs. You will not find a better place to stay..
