The staff are lovely, the veterinary nurses are so kind and caring and all seem to genuinely love animals. The two vets Julie and Marcel care deeply and make you feel you and your pet (in my case dog) are the only ones they are treating. Also because there are only the two of them your pet feels safe and comfortable. In a bigger practice you may see different vets every time. Have been a customer there for many years.
