The Cake'Ole
Great cafe and reasonably priced (compared to other Skipton cafes). As its name suggests, its renowned for its cakes. It also tends to stay open a bit later than the other local cafes (09:30 - 17:00 Mon-Sat and 10:30 - 16:00 on Sundays).
Dogs aren't allowed in the main cafe, but are made very welcome in the outside seating area (which is inside the Craven Court Shopping Centre, so it's still indoors. The staff working there all seem to love doggy visitors.
