We are a dog friendly raw retailer who put the community dogs to the forefront of our service. We offer dog food, treats and all other supplies. We work with dog owners, dog professionals, vets and the local police to ensure dogs are well cared for.

Whether you're starting raw for the first time, managing allergies, looking for novel proteins or feeding a puppy, senior or working dog, we are here to offer honest, knowledgable advice without pressure. Our commitment extends far beyond retail. We work closely with dog owners, trainers, behaviourists, groomers, veterinary professionals ad local rescue organisations to support dogs throughout our community. We regularly help reunite lost dogs with their owners through microchip scanning, support local charities and rescues, provide first aid when needed and work alongside local police on dog related matters. We understand that every dog is different. Thats why we offer personalised feeding guidance, support for dogs with allergies and sensitivities, advice for puppies through to seniors and help owners make informed decisions without sales pressure. We believe education empowers owners to make the best choices for their dogs, whatever feeding journey they are on. We also provide private shopping appointments (outside of usual working hours as a voluntary provision) for reactive or nervous dogs, professional muzzle and harness fittings, enrichment advice and guidance on choosing products that suit each individual dogs needs and support owners navigating breed specific legislation. We believe that every responsible owner deserves access and advice, education and quality products in a welcoming, judgement free environment. Our community is at the heart of everything we do. Alongside supplying high-quality raw food and natural products, we are passionate about educating owners, advocating for responsible dog ownership and creating a safe space where every dog is welcome. Whether your dog is reactive, wears a muzzle, falls under breed specific legislation, has complex dietary requirements or simply enjoys popping in for a treat and fuss, you'll always be greeted with the same friendly service, expert advice and genuine care. We don't just aim to sell products, we build lasting relationships with owners and strive to make a positive difference to the lives of dogs and the people who love them.

Bristol Raw Dog are an incredibly hard working enterprise with a real love for dogs of all stripes and sizes. We rescued our German Shepherd 4 years ago and switched him to raw food, and the care and advice given by Bristol Raw Dog has done just as much as the good quality food to improve his chances and make him a happy and healthy dog. I've recommended Bristol Raw Dog to several friends and am very happy to vote for them for this award.
