Bristol Raw Dog are an incredibly hard working enterprise with a real love for dogs of all stripes and sizes. We rescued our German Shepherd 4 years ago and switched him to raw food, and the care and advice given by Bristol Raw Dog has done just as much as the good quality food to improve his chances and make him a happy and healthy dog. I've recommended Bristol Raw Dog to several friends and am very happy to vote for them for this award.

If you're looking for the best place to feed your dogs a raw diet in Bristol, I couldn't recommend Bristol Raw Dog enough. We were recommended to try Raw food for our Dalmatian Toby. It’s the best decision we’ve made for him knowing the facts & the benefits. We sourced Bristol Raw Dog & Rachel & her family are very knowledgeable & helpful with what products Toby is allowed. They have a great selection on offer which contain no offal & we make a trip at least once a month to stock up on Toby’s favourite food. We've been using this shop for around two years now, and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. They stock a fantastic range of food, treats, and toys, so we've always been able to find exactly what we need.
What really sets them apart, though, is the staff. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to offer advice without ever making you feel rushed. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they're always willing to help.

A previously used another raw food supplier in Bristol and although I would rate them highly as well, Bristol Raw Dog are an absolute joy to visit, you’re always made to feel welcome coming in the shop & often they know their customers by name, plus they have so much knowledge. I have used them for 5 years now when i got my second dog she was very sick and had a bad tummy all the time we took her to see them and they helped find the right food since she has been on raw food she has been a diffrent dog she is 2 now and we have a 1 year old patterdale and she is on raw as well there so friendly and helpfull

I have voted for Bristol raw dog because they are so kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and attentive when it comes to needing advice or help. They are the most supportive family business I have come across. When I got my first ever pup (who's now 18months old) they provided me with everything I needed, and supported me and my pup when we were going through trying to work out his allergies, and we have finally got there. And my pup is happy, fed and not itchy anymore. Rachel, Ian and Alisha will go above and beyond for all customers, they are not just a local business but have become friends over the years, and couldn't do more for anyone else if they tried. Bristol Raw Dog offers far more than excellent products—their knowledge, care and genuinely personal advice are invaluable. They take time to understand each dog and recommend what is right for them, rather than simply making a sale.
One of my three German Shepherds has kidney disease and was not expected to live beyond 12 months. She is now four years old and thriving on a carefully selected raw diet recommended by Bristol Raw Dog. I am certain their ongoing advice and support has helped her live a happy, full life. All three of my dogs are fed from the shop, and I regularly receive compliments about their health and beautiful coat condition.
