Bristol Raw Dog offers far more than excellent products—their knowledge, care and genuinely personal advice are invaluable. They take time to understand each dog and recommend what is right for them, rather than simply making a sale.
One of my three German Shepherds has kidney disease and was not expected to live beyond 12 months. She is now four years old and thriving on a carefully selected raw diet recommended by Bristol Raw Dog. I am certain their ongoing advice and support has helped her live a happy, full life. All three of my dogs are fed from the shop, and I regularly receive compliments about their health and beautiful coat condition.

Raw Dog is a family business that genuinely cares about dogs. They are knowledgeable, helpful and they dont sell you things to make money. They sell you things that you and your dog needs. Every visit to the shop is a pleasure as you and your dog are always made to feel welcome whether you are buying or just visiting. Raw Dog is the hub of our dog community.

The best pet store ever! They always go above and beyond for their customers. Even when they’re closed, they’re still happy to help and offer advice. Their priority is always the dogs, not lining their pockets, which is so refreshing to see.

I vote for Bristol Raw Dog because they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. Whenever I bring my puppies in, they weigh them and make sure they’re eating the correct portions for their size and needs. My dogs absolutely love visiting, and we love the loyalty cards too those little touches really matter. Most importantly, they are the loveliest family, always so kind, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

These guys are the most friendly people I have ever met, they’re the most knowledgable and helpful people in the dog community as well always willing to help guide us on what is best for our dog and his diet.
