I want all dogs to come in wagging their tails, happy to spend some time with “Auntie Gail” Playing with toys, having some cheese or just chilling on the floor for a belly rub. As long as your dogs leave happy, clean and tidy, I’m fully satisfied 😊 The actual Groom of your dog depends solely on how your dog is feeling on that day. Nothing is forced. I just want them to feel safe and happy !! I specialise in Dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression and rescue dogs. I absolutely love what I do, especially the challenge of creating a relationship with the most closed off Dogs.

We have 2 extremely anxious rescue dogs and with Gail's wonderful, gentle and knowledgeable approach to grooming they've come on so much and are now relaxed and love seeing her for their grooming sessions. Her resident dogs (Rosie and Bruno are great around new and anxious dogs too)

Gail is just fabulous. I took my dog Fern to her after she came back from another groomers shaking with fear. Fern is always happy to go see Aunty Gail and she really cares about how the dog is feeling she is happy if you wish to stay with your dog but equally I know Fern is left in the most capable caring hands.
