Hi, my names Gail and I run Gail’s Groom Room. A small holistic dog groomers in Roydon, South Norfolk.

I want all dogs to come in wagging their tails, happy to spend some time with “Auntie Gail” Playing with toys, having some cheese or just chilling on the floor for a belly rub. As long as your dogs leave happy, clean and tidy, I’m fully satisfied 😊 The actual Groom of your dog depends solely on how your dog is feeling on that day. Nothing is forced. I just want them to feel safe and happy !! I specialise in Dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression and rescue dogs. I absolutely love what I do, especially the challenge of creating a relationship with the most closed off Dogs.

Gail absolutely deserves to win this award for her extraordinary ability to heal and comfort anxious pets. We spent years dreading grooming appointments because our dog was utterly petrified. Meeting Gail changed our lives. Instead of rushing, she invested real time into getting to know our dog as an individual, learning exactly what she needed to feel secure. Thanks to Gail's incredible empathy and dedication, a once-terrifying experience is now a happy hassle free one, that we look forward to. She is not just a master of her craft, but a truly exceptional, kind-hearted lady who gives anxious dogs their confidence back and always makes their owners feel welcome and at ease. A fantastic groomer and we would highly recommend her, Gail absolutely deserves all the nominations and praise she has received!

Gail is always so calming for the dogs and as much as our Milo doesn’t enjoy a groom that much, she works so hard to get as tidy as she can, she is also an angel of a woman!! 💖

1st class service from Gail for a very, reserved, rescue old Lady. Its all about the dogs and their limitations, nothing is too much trouble for Gail as long as pup is content.
