Gail is fantastic with our Show Cocker Spaniel Luna. Luna was terrified when she first went to the groomers, but Gail made the experience as comfortable as possible, going at Luna's pace and giving her time when needed before continuing. Each session Luna became more comfortable with Gail and now she loves going to see Gail. Gail is fantastic at reading Luna's body language and knows on days where she is feeling stressed that a full groom won't be possible. I am always happy when we come away from Gail's and I am pleased that she puts my dog first.

Gail has looked after my dogs for a few years now. All rescues with terrible lives before coming to my husband and I. Gail is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient when it comes to their grooming needs. From the beginnings of meet and greet appointments to now where they love going to see her and will always give their paws for toe and nail trims! She has worked her magic on them and its always 100% on the dogs terms. She's truly the best, I wouldn't trust my setters with anyone else!

I wholeheartedly vote for Gail.
Our dog (Bob) is a rescue from Spain and is extremely reactive. When we adopted him, grooming was so difficult and stressful for him that he had to be sedated in order to be groomed.
Gail has been absolutely amazing with him. She approaches every groom in such a calm, patient and relaxed manner and has taken the time to build his trust and make him feel safe. The difference is incredible he now genuinely seems happy when I leave him with her, something I never imagined would be possible.
Having a reactive rescue dog can make everyday things that other owners take for granted incredibly difficult, so finding someone who understands him and who we can trust completely means the world to us.
Gail’s kindness, patience and understanding go far beyond simply grooming a dog, and I honestly couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of recognition. ❤️

We’ve been using Gail for our dog Loki for a couple of years despite there being 4 closer groomers to us. Our goldendoodle is actually happy to walk in when in previous groomers he has reacted like it’s a vet visit. Hair cut is always precise and beautiful. He always smells amazing and probably finds it odd I sniff him repetitively afterwards. He’s never stressed when I pick him up which is a new experience since going to Gail. We visited Gail after 2 x previous groomers refused to groom Ted again as he was so terrified (he’s a rescue and hated being restrained / bathed). Previously, Ted had to be held by another person and had to be taken home on occasions with his coat not fully cut!
After his first visit with Gail, Ted came home happy and calm with a beautifully cut coat, smelling delicious!! Gail spoke at length with me a few days prior to our appointment and listened to my concerns, explaining in detail how she would do her best to make the appointment pleasurable for Ted. I think she succeeded! Ted is now so much more relaxed when he goes to see his Auntie Gail and I no longer worry about him becoming stressed and upset. A video was taken of Ted saying hello to Gail on one of his visits which shows the two of them rolling around on the floor, cuddling and playing..it warmed my heart and was wonderful to see!!
