This place is a delight to visit and considering how beautifully well kept and ornate everything is it's fantastic that they happily welcome dogs on leads free of charge. The 1/10th scale model buildings, represent the village of Goshill and Shanklin Town, as well as hundreds of miniature people caricaturing scenes of everyday life. There's even a working model railway too. Allow at least an hour to fully appreciate the wonderful detail and then see the full size Godshill village itself afterwards.

Absolute delight to visit. Beautifully well kept and laid out. So much detail in the scale buildings and 'little' people. Take time to look closely at everything and appreciate the creativity involved.
The Model Village is clearly a place of pride and labour of love for the owners and it is to their credit that they allow dogs free of charge. Having two dogs with me wasn't an issue but I would definitely recommend using a short fixed length lead (not an extending one) to ensure your dog stays with you on the defined path and is under close control at all times.
