Situated on the outskirts of the village of Westleton, Woodlands Cottage stands proud. Just a short walk from the popular Suffolk village that is much loved by locals and visitors alike, you can rest assured that holidays here will be restful and relaxing.
Furnished with a modern flare, Woodlands Cottage benefits from two bedrooms and light kitchen/diner. The sitting room has bold red sofas, plus a wall mounted flatscreen TV and wood-effect electric fire - so chic and a real statement! The kitchen/diner is perfect for cooking a homely meal; it has all the equipment you could possibly need. Of course, you could also enjoy a glass of wine outside in the enclosed garden; bliss. Woodlands Cottage also has its' own designated parking space.
Keen bird watchers will also be pleased to know that RSPB Minsmere is just a 2.5 mile walk across the picturesque heathland to the coastal bird reserve, in addition to the coast at Southwold and Aldeburgh being just a short drive away. The village store and two village pubs are within walking distance; so ideal if you feel like leaving the car at home during the evenings. Pub: 200 yards, Shop: 200 yards.

Westleton is a pretty village midway between Aldeburgh and Southwold, with the coast at Dunwich only two and a half miles away. Centred around a large green, Westleton is one of the most popular places to stay on the Heritage Coast. It is an ideal base for walking, bird watching, cycling and closely located to Minsmere, as well as the coastal heaths and forests. There are two good pubs, a second-hand book shop and a well-stocked village store/post office - all in the village centre. Much of the area around the village is accessible open heath or mixed woodland, ideal for walkers and there is a new, lottery funded playground.
