This is a light and airy first floor holiday apartment which has been refurbished to a high standard and is situated close to the long sandy South Beach which extends to Giltar Point and the village of Penally. It has all the modern conveniences for a family of four people to enjoy a break in Tenby.   Situated on a quiet street just off the main promenade, this self catering holiday property is a few minutes walk to the seafront which overlooks the sandy South Beach and views towards St Catherines Island. There is a balcony to the rear of the property with seating. It is also a five minute walk to the bustling town of Tenby, Pembrokeshire with its selection of shops, restaurants, galleries, and pubs and its street cafe culture in July and August. You can also take a boat ride to the Island of Caldey, which is just off the Tenby coast; alternately there are other islands to visit, as well as fishing trips. There is no designated parking for this property but you can apply to Pembrokeshire County Council for a parking permit although your space is not guaranteed. Alternatively, the Rectory Car Park is nearby and open during the peak season and the towns multi storey car park is open all year round.

Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, small T.V. balcony with seating. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, seperate shower, WC, whb and heated towel rail.  Rent inclusive of electricity and heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. No smoking. 3pm takeover.
