privately owned holiday home situated on a large, secluded woodland plot but still near the centre of Kelling Heath. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained, double glazed and heated throughout, is on a quiet road, and is within walking distance of the park village square. Find us on Instagram: theretreatonkellingheath The light and airy living area is well-proportioned with plenty of comfortable seating, a 43" Smart TV with Internet for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV & Disney+, Blu-ray DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen has a full-sized gas cooker, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a free-standing dining table and seating for six. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table unit, en-suite toilet, and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be put together to make a double bed if required, as well as a wardrobe, drawers, and storage cupboards. There is a family shower, toilet, and hand basin. A pull-out sofa bed in the living area provides for two guests. For stays of 3 nights or more, all bed linen is provided, and beds will be made up and ready for your arrival (except for the sofa bed, linen, and pillows are provided for this bed). ECO Hand wash and Shower/Shampoo provided along with ECO 100% Cotton Hand & Bath Towels all bed linen is ECO friendly. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, tea towels, scourer as well as ECO washing up liquid, ECO liquid soap, and toilet rolls. There is a decked area outside the caravan with a BBQ facility for disposable BBQ, a patio table, chairs, and a parasol for al fresco dining. We have an entrance porch for coats and boots/shoes, an outdoor storage box containing cushions for garden furniture, etc. Ample parking space for three cars. An abundance of wildlife includes birds, rabbits, squirrels, and deer. Free WiFi is available in the caravan by a 4G Router and in the park's leisure area. We hope we have thought of everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Gas and electricity are included in the hire charge. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in the accommodation. Dogs must be always kept on a lead when in the Park and not left unattended. We make a charge of £15 per booking for a dog/s. The following breeds of dog are not permitted at Kelling Heath Holiday Park: Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, or a crossbreed of any of the breeds shown. Saturday is the normal changeover day, but we may be able to accommodate other days, please ask. The area around the caravan is private and secured by a fence and gates please dispose of any dog mess in this area. You must not charge an electric vehicle from a standard plug point from within the caravan. Electric vehicles should be charged at dedicated charging points. Insurers advise that our cover is inoperative if you charge an electric vehicle from a standard plug point within the caravan as there is an increased risk of fire or theft” The park now has 6 EV charging bays past the main car park following the signs to them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We do accept single-sex family groups and single-sex couples, but park rules do not allow us to take hen or stag parties. No Smoking or vaping inside the caravan. Horse riding is available nearby. There are also pubs and restaurants offering superb local dishes.
