The Quays

The Quays in central Christchurch can comfortably accommodate up to 25 guests in this imposing former vicarage making it the perfect location for a large family gathering, celebration or ideal for corporate events. This spacious and award winning Grade II Listed, three storey Georgian townhouse can comfortably accommodate from 10 to 25 guests, and is the perfect setting for special occasions, large family holidays or corporate events.
Centrally located within the Christchurch conservation area, the former vicarage has 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, dining tables and seating for up to 25 guests and off street car parking for up to 8 cars. The main house accommodates up to 15 guests with the corner wing accommodating a further 10 guests, and there is a second kitchen and dining area also. Filled with character and a clever mix of stylish and contemporary furnishings, the house offers adaptable and versatile accommodation including a ground floor bedroom with an en-suite wet room for less mobile guests. There are two gardens to enjoy at The Quays, both providing a fenced area for pets.
The famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline and the stunning New Forest National Park are nearby, as are the popular towns of Bournemouth and Poole so there is plenty to enjoy and explore.
