Quay House has an extensive kitchen which is well-equipped and dining room which can seat 15 around a single table. The sitting room with comfortable sofas and television with Virgin Media package. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with jack and jill en-suite shower room that leads to the entrance hall. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a super king size four poster bed and en-suite shower room. A second bedroom with king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room with two 3' single beds. On the second floor there two further bedrooms, a family bedroom with a king size bed and two 3' single beds with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, and a twin room with two 3' singles. Outside to the rear of the property is an large enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with garden furniture. To the side of Quay House there is parking for up to four cars in the car park.
?The town centre provides all the facilities you could wish for within a short walk and the property is an ideal base from which to explore Christchurch and its harbour, Mudeford, Bournemouth, and the New Forest. There is an abundance of activities, including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and on land there are a wealth of fun days out including two castles, guided tours, a range of coastal paths and much more family fun.

• The New Forest National Park is within 5 miles.
• Excellent shopping facilities can be found in Christchurch, Bournemouth (7 miles) as well as Southampton (20 miles).
• The property is a great base for golfers with some of the finest courses in the UK nearby; Remedy Oak (45 mins), Ferndown Golf Club (20 mins), Barton on Sea Golf Club (20 mins), Parkstone Golf Club (25 mins), Solent Meads (10 mins) and Ilford Golf Centre (15 mins).
