In a tranquil village setting, less than 3 miles from the sandy beach at Paignton, The Old Mill and the four adjoining single-storey holiday cottages, imaginatively converted from former farm buildings, retain splendid original roof beams and stone walls. All around the same pretty courtyard garden with a pond and fountain, they are attractively furnished in a ‘New England’ style.
5 Bedrooms sleeps 10 Open plan living space: With low wooden beams and patio doors. Living area: With Smart TV and DVD player. Dining area. seats 10 Kitchen: With gas cooker, Gas hob, Dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Bedroom 1: EX Large room with King size bed and en-suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds Bedroom 3: With twin beds Bedroom 4: EX Large room with King size bed and en-suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 5: Ground floor with double bed and en-suite with shower over bath and toilet. Bathroom: With shower cubicle, separate bath and toilet. Also included: Wi-fi, gas central heating, electricity, towels and bed linen, along with a Welcome Pack. A travel cot and highchair. On site there is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (all shared with other properties on-site). The grounds include a graveled and grassed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking for 3 car. Please note: There is a pond and a fountain in the center of the courtyard, 30 yards away from the property
