In a tranquil village setting, less than 3 miles from the sandy beach at Paignton, The Old Mill and the four adjoining single-storey holiday cottages, imaginatively converted from former farm buildings, retain splendid original roof beams and stone walls. All around the same pretty courtyard garden with a pond and fountain, they are attractively furnished in a ‘New England’ style
All on the ground floor. Open plan living space: With beams and French doors leading to gravelled area. Living area: With Smart TV and DVD player. Dining area. Kitchen: With electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Bedroom 1: Double bed with French doors leading to courtyard, and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet. Bedroom 2: With twin beds Bathroom: With shower cubicle and toilet. Also included: Wi-fi, gas central heating, electricity, towels and bed linen, along with a Welcome Pack. Pets welcome in Daisy Cottage. Travel cot located in cottage (own bedding required) and highchair can be reserved in advance. On site there is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (all shared with other properties on-site). The grounds include a graveled and grassed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. Please note: There is a pond and a fountain in the center of the courtyard, 30 yards away from the property
