Additionally, there is a separate utility room. On the first floor is a large living room, divided into two distinct areas by the part glazed stairwell. Each area is comfortably furnished, offering ample space for relaxation. A balcony window overlooks the courtyard, whilst the double doors lead out from the lounge to the rear patio/garden. Adjacent to the sitting room is a cloakroom, with w.c. The property has three bedrooms, all of which are en suite. On the ground floor is a double bedroom, with French doors to the courtyard. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King-size bed, and the third bedroom, which is perfect for children, has full size bunk beds. Outside, to the front of the barn, are expansive communal lawns. To the rear of the property is a private, enclosed garden area. There are two parking spaces in a double garage, with additional parking for visitors.

Baby friendly, the property is well equipped including items such as a high chair, travel cot and stairgate. Dog-friendly, one well behaved pet is permitted.
