Teal House

Teal House is a beautifully presented holiday home on the Suffolk Coast offering boutique style living near the beach and common. This five bedroom property has everything you need for a wonderful holiday… luxurious accommodation for ten guests, a large enclosed garden for children and dogs and plenty of parking. Our advice- book early!

Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Sleeps: 10 in 5 bedrooms.
Beds: 2 x king size beds, 1 x double bed, 2 x twin beds (can be zipped together to make super king size.)

Entrance Hall: spacious hall, storage cupboard.
Cloakroom: WC, hand basin.
Living Room: light and spacious room with sofas and armchairs, French doors to garden and terrace with views to woodland; dining table and chairs, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove.
Games Room* : 'second' sitting room with two leather sofas, 48" Smart TV, Sonos music system, full-size table football table, Blu-Ray DVD player (with selection of DVD's), Sony PlayStation 4 (with a selection of games). ky TV (via PS4) with Sky Sports and Sky Variety Channels. Board games and books.
Kitchen: hand built kitchen with island unit, large "American style" fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, 6 burner gas hob, microwave, French doors to garden and terrace. Fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery for 10 people.
Utility Room: washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, sink and drainer, Wine fridge. Access to rear garden.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: master suite with king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, full length mirror, dressing table, chair, chest of drawers. Private balcony, walk-in dressing room.
Ensuite bathroom: bath, large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC, hand basin.
Bedroom 2: Antique French double bed, bedside tables, lamps, built-in wardrobe, antique dressing table, chair, chest of drawers.
Ensuite shower room: large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC, hand basin.
Bedroom 3: king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table, chair, wardrobe.
Family bathroom: bath, separate large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC, hand basin.

Second floor:
Bedroom 4: twin beds (which can be provided zipped together to create a super king size bed if notice is given prior to hire), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe on landing.
Bedroom 5: twin beds (which can be provided zipped together to create a super king size bed if notice is given prior to hire), bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe on landing.
Shower Room: shower cubicle, WC, hand basin.

Entertainment: 55" UHD 4K Smart TV with BT Sport, Free-Sat and Apple TV, Sonos music system. (*See Games room). Sonos music system. Garden games.
For Families: 2 x wooden cots (*Cot bedding is not provided*) and a wooden high chair provided on request, £15 each. Stair gates available. 
Outside: enclosed wrap-around garden laid to lawn with some mature trees. Gate to path which leads to Walberswick Common, community playground and playing field.
Parking: large parking area.  Electric car charging point on outside wall of the garage.
General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided in the bedrooms. Tea towels, oven gloves and a starter pack of bin bags, dishwasher tablets and dishcloths are provided in the kitchen. Central heating plus log burner in the living room, logs, firelighters and matches provided. No smoking.
Pets: two well behaved dogs are allowed at the house, at an additional charge of £25 per dog, but are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture and guests are required to clean up after the dog(s) in the garden.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
