General: TV, DVD player; electricity and heating included; starter pack for open fire included

Utilities: Dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, microwave. Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer

Other: Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available if needed. A £500 security deposit is required, returned at the end of a successful stay. Can be booked for weddings and other formal events with recommended caterers and event managers. Baby grand piano in lounge, harp in formal dining room. Please note, there is Taxidermy in place throughout the property

Outdoors: Extensive grounds with surprises hidden away including a traditional gypsy caravan and even a life size bear! Terrace with table and chairs and giant chess board. Japanese tea house where relaxation treatments and therapies can be booked by prior arrangement. ‘The Quackery’ with ducks, geese and resident peacocks. Private fishing on the River Dwyfach which runs through the estate (salmon and trout). Tennis courts
