Shared with the owners, the gardens surrounding Sunnymede Annexe are beautifully kept with attractive plants and flowers making it a wonderful spot to sit and take it all in. During the summer months, deer are seen most days wondering in the garden and there are several fruit trees and you are welcome to sample their apples and pears. There is a small uncovered pond towards the side of the property. Guests are invited to use the swimming pool which is shared with the owners. Legoland, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe park are all within a 30 minute drive, as it the beautiful town of Windsor. Foxhills country club and resort is 10 minutes away and you can enjoy, golf, tennis, swimming and relax in their award winning health spa. Nearby Lightwater offers a small selection of shops and places to eat and drink, it is also home to the fabulous 100-acre Lightwater Country Park, a fun-filled day out to be enjoyed by all. You can also visit the towns of Guildford or Woking with their array of amenities, perhaps even a trip to London is what you're after.
