Spindrift is a delightful detached house, located on the edge of a residential development within Thurlestone, whilst the popular harbour town of Salcombe is only a ten-minute drive away. This property has a very spacious and well-presented sitting room, tastefully furnished to a high standard with two large double sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with Sky HD, Blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound bar, and an enviable open fireplace. Adjacent to the sitting room is a children’s playroom with an Xbox One games console, books and toys, to unleash creativity whilst on holiday. A dartboard and table tennis is located in the double garge. Spindrift has a very well-equipped kitchen, fitted with Neff appliances. Doors lead out to the rear garden, adjoining utility and cloakroom, whilst there is also a large garage which houses a tumble dryer. The master bedroom with en suite has a wooden-framed super-King size bed and plenty of storage, whilst a second bedroom also has a King-size bed. There is also an adjacent twin room, with single beds – perfect for teens! Fourth bedroom has bunk beds and is ideally suited for children. In addition to the en-suite is a tiled family bathroom.

To the front of the house is a good-sized, mature garden and a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, or summer entertaining.

To make your stay stress-free, as soon as you arrive, Spindrift provides off road parking on a private drive for up to three cars. As a baby friendly property, a travel cot, high chair and children's crockery are supplied. Wi-Fi available. Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please note: all duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
