Sea Gem

Sea Gem has a good sized comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen/Diner,and 3 bedrooms. There is a secure outside patio area which is enclosed on all sides with six foot high fences.

Sea Gem comes with all modern conveniences including free Wi-fi and large flat screen TV with Netflix. Sea Gem is a stylish and relaxing place to stay and is a wonderful location to spend a holiday at any time of the year with fantastic sea views of Penzance from our cosy window seats. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided for your use. Dog bowls and treats are also provided for anyone bringing their four legged friends. There is free on street parking.

A ten minute walk takes you down into the village of Newlyn with its busy fishing harbour and fresh fish for sale. There are several dog friendly pubs and restaurants in the village as well as a couple of take-aways and a convenience store.

There are two year round dog friendly beaches in Newlyn, as well as Newlyn Green which is a large area of gardens by the seafront.

Sea Gem is also ideally situated for anyone attending courses at The Newlyn School of Art, which is a 2 minute walk from the house.
