Rose Hill is an old farm cottage converted in to a house on the side of a valley in South West Wales. The views are incredible, the air is fresh and there is plenty to see and do in the area. You and your four legged friends will find no shortage of walks and beautiful places to explore.Read More
Rose Hill is over 150 years old and it is unique. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a bath, a smaller double bedroom and a twin room. There is a second, smaller bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and great view! There is also a kitchen / dining area with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a table and chairs. Please be aware that it is an old staircase and quite narrow, there are banisters.
Downstairs there is a living space with comfortable chairs, a cosy open fire and views across the valley.
We have tried to make Rose Hill as dog friendly as possible, the downstairs room has a tiled floor and the front door opens straight out in to the garden and is completely fenced so you can let your dogs run and play whilst you admire the view. You are welcome to walk straight out of your garden gate and take your dogs for a stroll in our fields and woodland. There is a beautiful river where the dogs can paddle and you can fish or have a picnic. If you want a longer walk, five minutes up the hill there are public footpaths to explore. Pembrokeshire National Park and The Preseli hills are a ten minute drive away and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to walks!
We provide all bathroom and cleaning products at Rose Hill as the house runs on a well and a septic tank soakaway system so we ask that you use the personal and cleaning products provided for your stay as these are compatible with the soak-away system at Rose Hill and will not damage our beautiful surroundings.
The air is fresh, the countryside is beautiful and we hope your stay at Rose Hill will leave the human and canine members of your family feeling refreshed.
2019 is the first year we have let Rose Hill and we are looking forward to welcoming you. Please look at our website for more information or phone us to find out more.
