It is situated in a cul de sac in a quiet area of town approximately 10 minutes walk to the centre where there are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. A great choice of beautiful sandy beaches just 5 minutes away, and the well photographed  Harbour.  There are many family attractions within a half an hour drive, like Folly Farm, Heatherton, Oakwood.

Bedroom 2, with king-size bed, drawers, hanging space. Bedroom 3, with 2 single beds, drawers, hanging space. Bathroom, with bath, shower attachment, WC and whb. Garden, to the rear with patio, garden table & chairs. There is a bench at the front of the property Parking for a car opposite property. Rent inclusive of electricity and central heating. Cot & high chair available. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided.  3pm takeover.
