Puffin House

This delightful detached officer’s house is situated in a small development of identical properties, in the village of Dale, within reach of the towns of Milford Haven and Haverfordwest in the Pembrokeshire National Park. A lovely base for families and friends, this property is close to many attractions and places to visit, including a number of sandy beaches. With views of the village and sea, this welcoming holiday home has a light and airy kitchen, which is well-equipped and has everything you need to make evening meals after exploring the area. However, there are a pub and restaurant in the village if you wish to give the chef in your party a night off! The cosy sitting room has a warming woodburning stove, perfect to relax in front of on a cold evening, and completing the ground floor is a convenient shower room to wash off sand after a day on the beach. Upstairs are four bedrooms with different bed layouts to accommodate various guests, and also on this floor are a shower room and a small sitting area on the landing. A front seating area is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, whilst to the rear is an enclosed garden with outside seating, where you may wish to dine alfresco or to just relax with a cold drink in the evening. Also in front of the cottage is a shared green with views of Dale village. The village of Dale has a shop, pub, restaurant and café, as well as a sandy beach, plus one mile away is another village, Marloes which has a shop, café and pub, and you may wish to enjoy a boat trip to Skomer Island to view the puffins and Manx Shearwaters. There’s something for everyone in the area, with the lovely city of St Davids, Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Bluestone Water Park all within reach. A superb Pembrokeshire holiday home.
