Lovingly renovated in 2021, Pink Cottage is a charming and traditional cottage situated in the heart of Goldsithney, home to two good pubs, a post office and a village shop.
Enter this cosy cottage with the kitchen/dining area on your left and the sitting room area to the right, with its roaring wood burning stove and stylish soft furnishings. The dining kitchen has bespoke fittings with an integral fridge, electric oven and hob and the all-essential dishwasher. The dining table is tucked away in the corner and makes the ideal setting to enjoy a gourmet meal created with local produce from the nearby farm, or well stocked village shop.
Head upstairs to the two bedrooms; the master overlooks the garden and boasts a top-notch king-size bed, luxury linens and neutral décor, perfect for a romantic retreat. The compact second bedroom, across the split landing, has a bespoke cabin bunk bed which is suitable for children or an adult. The bathroom, also on this level, has been designed to make the most of the space with a gorgeous ceramic floor, heated towel rail and bath with a fitted shower.
Nothing has been overlooked, from a lovely summer house in the enclosed garden, to the electric car charging point outside. This really is a hidden gem, so kick off your walking boots after a long stroll along the south west coastal path nearby, light the fire, and relax.
