Penprys Bach at Hendre Barns

Penprys Bach at Hendre Barns is our new luxury self-catering cottage, newly converted for 2022. Penprys Bach benefits from level access throughout, two en-suite bedrooms, open plan living, free unlimited Wi-Fi, Freesat TV and a private enclosed patio garden with BBQ. Sleeping four people in two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 5’ king sized bed and benefits from a full bathroom, bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink and a separate walk-in shower cubicle. The second bedroom has the option of either a 5' king sized bed or two 2'6 single beds. This room has a wet-room style shower en-suite with toilet & sink. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space boasts solid oak flooring, with the kitchen benefiting from Bosch appliances and quartz worktops. We have strived to ensure that the kitchen has every item you will need, including a Tassimo Happy coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer located in the utility cupboard. The fully enclosed private south facing garden, is accessed directly from the living room. This wonderfully sunny space comes with rattan patio furniture and a barbecue. On rainy days, you can snuggle up on the sofa to watch the Ultra HD Smart TV with built-in Freesat. Penprys Bach also benefits from free fast fibre Wi-Fi. Two well behaved dogs are welcome in Penprys Bach, but must be kept on leads due to the presence of livestock on the property. There is a fee of £25 for dogs staying in Penprys Bach. Electricity, linen and towels are inclusive. Our house is close to Penprys Bach, so we are usually on hand if there is anything you need during your stay.
