There’s a spacious living room and kitchen diner on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. This traditional brick built property offers lovely comfortable accommodation for 6 guests, the living room has a couple of soft sofas and a feature fireplace.  The kitchen/ dining room is fully kitted out with the usual appliances including a dishwasher, the circular pine table and chairs offer plenty of room for everyone to get together at mealtimes. There’s a door from the kitchen onto a delightful patio garden, perfect for a alfresco dining at any time of day.

Southwold has some great shops, cafes, delis, pubs and restaurants so you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. Alternatively visit one of the independent grocers, bakers and butchers and cook up a treat. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.

This fabulous property is a great base for exploring this beautiful area of Suffolk. The coastline is lined with beaches and dunes, an area just waiting to be discovered. Buss Creek (a narrow stretch of water) – lies between Reydon and Southwold, Laridae is within walking distance of Southwold, this coastal town has some great shops, cafes, delis and pubs. Take one of the footpaths into town or jump in the car. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and photographers wanting to explore and discover this fascinating landscape.
