This cosy cottage with wood burner and horse stabling is perfect for families or couples looking to explore Langrigg, the Solway Coast and the nearby towns of Cockermouth and Keswick.. Step to entrance.

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Small enclosed garden with sitting-out area. Drying room. 2 small dogs welcome. Stabling, grazing and sand arena for horses. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. Just outside the small hamlet of Langrigg sits this comfortable property with generous sized bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a very cosy living room with a roaring wood burner to snuggle in front of on winter evenings. Just 6 miles from the popular seaside village of Allonby, there is easy access to amazing beaches for walking and horse riding. There is a nature reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest at Mawbray Banks, with rare natterjack toads and great crest newts. The northern Lakes and fells can be easily explored from here, including the beautiful Crummock Water, Buttermere and Loweswater lakes, you will be surrounded by stunning scenery wherever you go. The market town of Cockermouth, and the ever popular and bustling town of Keswick, are both about a 20-minute drive away and are both definitely worth a visit. Nearby Calbeck Common is also great for walking and horse riding, and guests are welcome to bring their horse on holiday as stabling, grazing and a sand arena are available on site. There is a popular pub serving food in nearby Bromfield (pre-booking is recommended), and Sandylands luxury swimming pool and hot tub, which can be pre-booked, is also within easy reach. Beach 6 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.
