Stunning lodge with a secure garden and excellent views within the Cairngorm National Park. Inshriach Forest is just literally out the back door, and the Badenoch Way passes the gate. Aviemore is just 15 minutes away where you are spoiled for choice with dog friendly activities. The house itself has a large boot room with underfloor heating for drying off the dogs and your gear after a soggy walk. Upper gallery kitchen which is fully equipped has double ovens, a large hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The living area is light and airy with a wood burner and a spacious dining area with views to the Monoliath Mountains. Large picture window from which you can soak up the views whilst you have dinner or relax in front of the fire. Up the quirky spiral staircase is an ensuite King size bedroom which is spacious and has lovely mountain views from the bed through the velux windows.There is in addition a double sofa bed in the space outside of this room at the top of the stairs. Down stairs there is another ensuite King size bed and a bunk room with separate shower room. Laundry room with a washer and dryer Outside the fenced and gated garden has private parking for a few cars, hot tub & sauna, seating to enjoy the views. After a day of walking or activities its great place to come home to and relax in the hot tub, ease your aches in the sauna or just simply chill and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
