• Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.
• Accessibility: Property all on one level with a few steps leading up to it.
• Kitchen and utilities: Electric cooker and gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
• Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no linen.
• Outside: Enclosed lawned garden with field views. Large 12’ wide x 20’ long front decking area, lighting and contemporary outdoor furniture.
• Pets: 2 pets allowed - £25 per pet per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment.
• Parking: Parking for 2 cars provided.
• Nearest beach: 2 miles.
• Nearest amenities: 2 miles.
• Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
• General: Free WiFi provided.
