Jasmine Cottage is a wonderfully whimsical property located in the town centre of Brixham. This property is a romantic one bed in close proximity to the local attractions Brixham has to offer and Jasmine Cottage also comes with three outside spaces, two courtyards to the front and rear of the property and a balcony on the second floor. Brixham is the famous fishermen town and is within a 10 minute to 20 minute drive of Paignton and Torquay. 

Size: Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom

Beds: 1 Double 

Rooms: Ground Floor - Kitchen/dining, First Floor - Bedroom and Bathroom, Second Floor - Living Room

Kitchen & Utilities: Electric Oven, gas hob, washing machine, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine.

Entertainment: TV/DVD Combi, IPod Docking Station.

Outside: Front and rear courtyards on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor. 

Parking: Please provide your car details when making a booking. The car park permit is arranged in advance and needs at least 10 days notice for the permit to be purchased. Please be aware that if you are booking Jasmine Cottage inside of a 10 day period (late booking) parking will not be provided. On street parking is free in certain areas of Brixham (subject to seasons) and is available within 200 metres of the property. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rental price. No Smoking. Bed linen and towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: The car park permit is arranged in advance. On street parking is free in certain areas of Brixham (subject to seasons) and is available within 200 metres of the property. Please be aware there is a spiral staircase throughout the property and is not suitable for infants. Please be aware there is no vehicle access to the property. No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Strong mobile phone signal. 

You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
