Situated in the Denbighshire village of Henllan, surrounded by picturesque countryside, which longs to be explored, this semi-detached cottage awaits your arrival. Positioned with a quiet, rural situation, where the driveway links onto a lane that runs down to the local pub, you have the ideal base for a peaceful getaway. Bring your family along and share a well-earned holiday in North Wales. The porchway welcomes you into an open-plan living room, which is bright and airy, allowing you to relax and take in your surroundings. Unwind on the sofa with a good book or tune into the TV as you sip a hot drink, pleasantly warming you up after the long journey. A wintry evening will tempt you to light the electric fire tucked into the alcove and get cosy and warm, before moving to the dining area and tucking into a home prepared meal. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the necessities you need during your stay. French doors lead from the lounge to the patio and stream in copious amounts of natural light, to create a sense of open space. The staircase wraps around the heart of the cottage leading to a landing, which stems off into the bedrooms and en-suite. Each are well-presented with bedside tables, wardrobe and crisp linens inviting you to rest your head for the night. The first bedroom boasts a dual aspect, with the views of the rural landscape beckoning you outside for an adventure in the surrounding countryside. Next, the second double or 2 singles, boasts an en-suite bathroom, with a bath tub, separate shower and tiled finish. You have a patio area outside to the rear allowing you to soak up a balmy afternoon with a refreshing drink. There is a public footpath through the driveway, with a stile out onto the green fields beyond where you can venture down to the stream with a picnic. Stop off at the local pub in the village for a drink, there is also a small shop for those last-minute essentials. Just a short drive takes you to the thriving town of Denbigh, with shops, pubs and places to eat, whilst the Snowdonia National Park allows you to explore outdoor pursuits and many walking and cycling trails.
