Harbour Heights

Situated in Above Town in Dartmouth, Harbour Heights is a tastefully presented terraced house, upgraded in recent years and boasting panoramic river views from the lounge and garden.

The property is situated within a five minute walk of Dartmouth’s quaint cobbled streets lined with boutiques, art galleries and tea rooms. For those interested in history and culture, the town is home to the historic Dartmouth Castle, whilst there are also two National Trust properties nearby. With award-winning restaurants, watersports and walking opportunities galore, this beautiful area really does offer something for everyone! Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive whilst Woodlands Theme Park is just 3 miles outside of Dartmouth.

The entrance is accessed via a flight of steps. On the lower level are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom has a King-size bed which can be split into two 2'6" single beds suitable for children on request, and an en suite shower room, and one has a King-size bed.

On the first floor is a sitting room with lovely views over the river and out to sea and two comfortable sofas (one of which can be used on request as a sofa-bed for one additional guest). There is also a modern kitchen, utility room, and conservatory / dining room.

To the rear of the cottage is a three-tiered garden area, accessed via steep steps, again offering superb panoramic river views. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. This two-storey reverse level property offers a very comfortable retreat for couples or young families.

Two bedrooms, both on the ground floor: 1 x King-size , 1 x King-size bed (with en suite shower room) which can be split into two 2'6" single beds on request, Family bathroom with over bath shower. Open plan sitting room and modern kitchen. Utility room. Conservatory / Dining room.

Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, slimline dishwasher, microwave and DeLonghi coffee maker. (An outside utility room houses a freezer and washer dryer). SMART internet enable TV (with FreeSat recorder) and DVD player. Gas fired central heating and instant hot water Fibre WiFi. Two dogs permitted. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride.
