With a ground floor wet room close by its ideal. The Old Doctors surgery, which gets its name from the fact that it was just that, is now a calming sitting room with feature granite and stone wall, comfy seating, beanbags, TV and a selection of books and boxed games. And finally, the Heather room, calming with neutral colours and French doors leading through to the hub of the house, a large L shaped well-appointed kitchen with granite worktops, a breakfast bar Island and dining area makes for a wonderful sociable and entertaining space for everyone, on a nice day through open those patio doors opens and take the entertaining outside, al fresco style! The cottage is an ideal base for enjoying the coastal resorts of Porthmadog, Criccieth, Abersoch, Nefyn and Pwllheli with beautiful beaches, and Caernarfon is within easy reach, with its medieval and majestic castle, as well as offering easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and many of the attractions in this area.
