The cottage is in an ideal location for couples and small family groups wishing to explore the surrounding countryside. Head upstairs to the three bright bedrooms, one of which has a generous super king-size double bed, plus the shower room has a sturdy pull-down seat attached to the shower wall. Enjoy the large enclosed garden, a perfect social space for planning the day's excursions, whilst locally there are several footpaths meandering across the lovely countryside. From the house, there are good transport links taking you to numerous places of interest, appealing to all members of your group, from Peppa Pig World at Paultons Family Theme Park and Marwell Zoo for the youngsters, to Southampton's bustling shopping centre and all things nautical for the grown-ups. Enjoy a day out at the New Forest National Park, where you can choose from more than 25 free walking routes across the forest. Visit the beautiful Meon Valley and the River Hamble, whilst the historic Royal Naval Dockyard at Portsmouth and ancient Winchester are also easily accessible. This cottage is a superb base from which to explore this lovely area, at any time of the year.
