General: Oil heating, woodburner. £150 security deposit required four weeks prior to your holiday. Due to the age and nature of the cottage the owners feel it is unsuitable for children under 12 years old.
Utilities: Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Standard: Kettle, toaster, iron.
Other: Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets: One small well behaved dog welcome with prior arrangement with the homeowner.
Outdoors: Pretty cottage garden with lawn and flower beds, small patio with garden furniture.
Parking: Private for one car (space also available for an additional small car).
Notes: Due to the age and nature of the cottage the owners feel it is unsuitable for children under 9 years old.
