Churston Cottage is a delightful holiday home offering very comfortable and stylish accommodation over two floors. This one bedroom property has an additional room adjacent suitable for a cot. The property is approached via a cobbled courtyard, step inside and you're welcomed by a cosy yet spacious open plan living area with wood burning stove, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and well fitted kitchen.

This is a great little property, the perfect escape for a couple or young family looking to spend a few days close to the coast. The charming village of Churston Ferrers is perfect for getting out and about to explore this popular area.

Just under a mile from the property is the is vibrant fishing town of Brixham, stroll around the harbour side and stop off for fish and chips or bid for your catch at the regular fish auction or cast your own line on one of the fishing trips which run throughout the season. Torbay itself has many delights including a range of long sandy beaches and attractions with Woodlands Adventure Park, Greenway and Kents Cavern and Paignton Zoo all within easy reach.  

Closer to home are golf courses, go-karting and of course, the beaches - why not explore the hidden coves taking in the views along the South West Coast Path. In the evenings, enjoy a meal at one of popular pubs and restaurants, or relax in the private cobbled courtyard with a glass of wine.

Additional info: please note that the heating is from the wood burner and electric panel heaters in the bedroom and living room.
Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
