Canford Chine

Canford Chine is a modern and contemporary semi detached house set in the leafy area of Canford Cliffs. The village of Canford Cliffs is an exclusive area which neighbours Sandbanks Peninsula.

A short walk from the property is Canford Cliffs Chine with a childrens play park and a beautiful, tree lined walkway which leads down to the fine, golden sandy beach. The beach is eight miles long, stretching from Hengistbury Head in Christchurch to the tip of Sandbanks Peninsula. The promanade here is wide and level making it ideal for a bike ride, scoot or a walk to Sandbanks or towards Bournemouth. With its Blue Flag status, it is one of the finest beaches in England.

Also a short walk away, the high street boasts an array of shops including a delicatessen, a bakery, coffee shop and bistros. There are also a number of pubs and restaurants to choose from that are all an easy walk from the house.

A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.

Canford Chine has four bedrooms sleeping eight and has a private garden and parking for two cars, making it the ideal location for a larger family or two smaller families to holiday in this lovely location just minutes from the sea. The property is also pet friendly for 1 dog (ground floor only)


The large hallway leads to a bespoke, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with bi-fold doors opening out onto the private garden. The beautifully fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washer dryer. The dining area seats eight and the lounge has large comfortable sofas, TV and a living flame feature fire. The area is bright, spacious and contemporary and is the hub of this stunning house.

There is also a separate lounge area with a TV and a living flame feature fire which offers extra space for the family to relax and a large shower room which is ideal after a day on the beach.

First Floor

To the rear of the first floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is spacious and has a shower over the bath. The master king size suite overlooks the front of the house and has a spacious ensuite shower room and twin sinks.

Second Floor

On the second floor there is a large double bedroom, a family shower room and a twin bedroom which overlooks the front of the house.


The driveway to the front of the property will accommodate two cars. To the rear is a private, enclosed garden with seating.
