This luxurious and highly individual property with its striking curved architectural theme is one of the most desirable homes in the area. Situated in an elevated position on Brudenell Avenue in Sandbanks with views across Poole Harbour, every design detail has been considered to create a beautiful, unique and contemporary living space across four floors.

Calico nestles in a road leading from Evening Hill viewpoint overlooking Sandbanks with views towards Brownsea Island, Poole Harbour and the Purbeck Hills beyond. The house is within walking distance of numerous amenities including Canford Cliffs village with its delis, cafe bars, shops, post office and bank.
It is also within walking and cycling distance to local yacht clubs, marinas and golf clubs. Activities in the area range from water sport activities such as kite surfing, paddleboarding and fishing in addition to cycling, walking, golfing, beach volleyball and polo.

A short car ride from the house will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast.

Calico has four bedrooms, sleeps eight people and is served with a lift so all floors are accessible for anyone with limited mobility. The house has private gardens, decking and balconies and ample parking for up to four cars.

The entrance level is on the first floor and leads to a open kitchen, dining and snug area with patio doors leading onto a balcony which offers views across the harbour. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped and fitted with Miele appliances. Also on this level is the master super king suite with bifold doors opening the space to maximise the views over Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The suite has a walk in wardrobe area and a large ensuite bathroom with a large shower, twin sinks and a slipper bath.

The feature curved staircase leads up to the second floor which has a large dining and lounge area with a bar. The space maximises the views over the Harbour from this level with bifold doors leading onto a balcony with seating. A perfect setting to enjoy the sunsets after dinner.

On the ground floor, the garden room is a large, airy space with bifold doors which open up to a decked area which leads to the garden. The large, comfortable sofas and large TV make it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Also on this level is a large king size bedroom with a dressing area and ensuite shower room, and a utility room with separate washer and dryer. The double garage, which can be accessed from the utility, has a table tennis table, 2 kayaks and a selection of beach toys to enjoy during your stay.

The basement level of the property has two further bedrooms. Two king sized, one with an ensuite shower room and a separate family bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto a separate decking area with seating.

The outside space has two decking areas leading to the private, south facing garden with mature hedging and lawns.
