The vintage style kitchen features a selection of quality appliances including a large range cooker, providing a well-equipped setup so you can easily prepare hearty feasts. Just off the kitchen is the garage which offers ample storage for bikes, as well as a washer/dryer for your laundry. During mealtimes, gather round the dining table and enjoy your home-cooked meals over a glass of wine, before retiring to the sitting room. Upstairs plays host to three well-presented bedrooms, including a king-size double with en-suite facilities, 4'6" double and a single bedded, serviced by a gleaming shower room. There is also a second sitting room upstairs, originally the brewery room, which features a lovely exposed stone wall and vaulted ceiling with velux window – a quiet spot to break away from the others to get lost in a good book or take refuge by the alluring woodburner. Outside there is an enclosed gravel courtyard with furniture, providing a private spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or perhaps some alfresco dining. The location of this charming cottage provides easy access to Junction 44 and the M6, offering easy access to Carlisle, the Solway Coast and the awe-inspiring Lake District. The village of Burgh by Sands has plenty to explore, steeped in history, with charming houses, a village pub and the neighbouring delight of Boustead Hill.
