If you fancy an early morning dip in the sea you could join the gathering of ladies who swim early morning “The Blue Tit’s” If that all sounds rather too much of a shock to the system there are many cafes to enjoy a cuppa and take in the wonderful views of our stunning beach. Property Details: From the parking area enters into the light and airy kitchen/diner. Freshly decorated, this space offers all you require for a comfortable stay and comprises of: Dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and table and chairs to dine. Stepping up into the lounge area offers are two comfy sofa’s and a wall mounted smart TV. The lounge boasts French doors opening out towards the lawned area perfect for dining and taking in the views. This garden is shared with the adjoining neighbour but they very rarely use this space. The garden area is not enclosed so any pet’s do need to be carefully supervised. At the end of the garden is an exit taking you down to the town and beach. From the lounge are the stairs up to the double bedroom, two singles and the main bathroom . The bedroom has a double bed with good space around, wardrobe and chest of drawers, large dressing mirror and a peek of sea and beach views. Along the hallway is the second bedroom with two single beds and a good size light and airy bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin. Perranporth is a flat town providing easy walking for all ages. Perranporth is known for its 3 mile golden sands beach, undulating sand dunes, a tidal pool on Chapel Rock and even it’s very own famous pub on the beach. With everything to do from shopping to surfing, dining out and gift shopping to relaxing on the beach with a picnic this little town packs a punch of activities. Across from the cottage is a small lake that offers boat hire in the summer months, fabulous for the children.
