The local shop and pub are both just 5 minutes walk, and it’s a short stroll further, to reach the idyllic areas of St Marychurch and Babbacombe, great for their selections of cafes, bars, bakeries and corner shops. From Coombe Lane, the house is hidden away behind a private driveway designed for parking for 2 cars. The main house boasts a country-style kitchen, with a lovely breakfast area, perfect for early risers to gather for a hearty meal before stepping out to discover the local area. With exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling, you get a true sense of the character of this 16th century property. Off from the kitchen is the bright and airy conservatory, creating harmony with the peaceful garden and overlooking the garden villa.
