From the conservatory, step into the comfortable sitting room and then straight ahead into the well-equipped kitchen, which leads to the bright and airy dining room. From the sitting room, the staircase takes you upstairs to the three bedrooms, all overlooking the lawned gardens and surrounding fields, as well as the family bathroom. Outside, fields surround the property, so the children and dog-walkers will be spoilt for choice on where to explore. There is also a shed that is helpful for the storage of bikes and walking equipment. Only two miles away from Avallon is Penzance, a coastal town steeped in history with numerous cafés, restaurants and bars, as well as all the major supermarkets and individual shops. You are also only a short drive from the dramatic beaches and fishing villages that this area of Cornwall is so famous for.
