Apartment Twenty Eight is ideally situated close to the towns harbour side, with many lovely restaurants, bars and cafes on offer. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a good standard, with an eye to detail and to contemporary design. The rear enclosed roof terrace provides a nice added extra and is perfect for outdoor breakfasts or an evening glass of wine. There are two staircases as the bedrooms are located on the second floor one master double with ensuite and a twin room. On the first floor is the main living area comprising of open plan kitchen/dining/living room which has a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating. The bathroom is located on the split lading between the ground and the first floor. The property is deceptively spacious and a great base for exploring this wonderful part of North Devon. Exmoor National park offers breathtaking walks and scenery and is only 15 minutes drive, other local attractions include Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur park, Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle which are all great family days out.
