Anwylfa Mawr

Anwylfa Mawr is a combination of Anwylfa and Anwylfa Bach. This house is a wonderfully designed home, it is a spacious, bright, and light packed with lovely features such as the parquet flooring and wood panelling. It makes great use of colour and styles in the furnishings and fabrics making this such a comfortable place to be. Located on the west coast of Anglesey, Rhosneigr has so much to offer everyone and is a water sport lovers paradise. SUP, kite and wind surfing and more can be found out on the beaches. The house is just a few minutes away from Broad Beach, just one of the lovely beaches to be found in Rhosneigr, where you can sunbathe or build a sandcastle or two. There are also great coastal walks, golfing and fishing available close by. The village has some lovely eateries, bars and some lovely individual shops all within walking distance, you don’t need a car really when visiting Rhosneigr! The modern, bright and airy kitchen comes equipped with a modern oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is also a spacious dining table and chairs along with patio doors opening on to the garden. The sitting room is a lovely room with comfy sofas, SMART TV and a woodburning stove. There are also patio doors to the outside patio area where there are some table and chairs. The 5 bedrooms consist of one master ensuite with juliet balcony, one super-king bed. Another double room with king size bed, a twin room and a bunk room all upstairs. The annex on the ground floor has a double room with king size bed. Bathroom wise there is an ensuite to the master bedroom with a shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a family bathroom upstairs with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin. The annex also has a bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and shower over, separate shower, loo and wash hand basin. To the rear of the house, the garden has patio, lawn and a terraced decking area. The annexe also has a small patio area to the front with table and chairs. There is parking for 3 cars outside.
