Recently refurbished, this house has so much to offer. It features a lovely, open plan living area, and a kitchen with ample space to cook and prepare food. There are 2 ovens, a hob, good sized fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There is everything you could need to prepare a meal as well as entertain.

The lounge is spacious and light, with 2 sofas and an armchair. There is a smart TV, so it’s easy to access all your favourite programmes. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and an en-suite with shower.
- The second bedroom has a double bed.
- The third bedroom has a bunk, with a double on the bottom and single on top.

The outdoor space consists of a secure rear garden for both large and small dogs which can be accessed by the patio doors or side gate. Perfect seating area to unwind after a long day of exploring. 

There are miles and miles of sandy beaches to let your dogs run free and enjoy themselves. We recommend Blackpool sands which is about a 10-minute drive from the house, Dartmouth and the surrounding area offer plenty of dog-friendly pubs/cafes and shops to visit.
