This lovely holiday home will easily accommodate up to eight people and is the ideal holiday base for exploring this lovely part of the country. The first floor has three bedrooms, with one, an en-suite king-size double on the lower ground floor, plus there's a utility/games room with washing facilities and a pool table also on this floor. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room to the front of the property with a warming open fire and Sky TV. There is a lovely rear garden providing an ideal sun trap when relaxing with a drink and a book. A five minute walk brings you to the traditional working harbour and the modern marina with its visitor centre and array of cafes. Further along the shore are Arbroath’s famous long sandy beaches and cliffs. There is superb walking and cycling along the coastal routes with superb views accompanying you, as well as the wide range of wildlife. No trip to Arbroath would be complete without the traditional Arbroath Smokie, and there are still many manufacturers around the harbour. Golfers are well served too with a links course in Arbroath, Carnoustie only 6 miles away and St Andrews 28 miles. A delightful coastal holiday home with plenty of attractions for the whole family.
