The second bedroom has a King-size bed that can be made into twin beds if required. The third bedroom has bunk beds, plus a TV and games console. In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom.

A spacious, private area of garden is available to the side of the apartment, with a lawn and some mature trees and shrubs. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

Off road parking for 2-3 cars is provided, which can be accessed from the rear of the garden.

Off road parking for 2 cars on shared drive at the rear of the house.
